Romania – Construction work – Lucrări de intervenții în vederea conformării la cerințele securitații la incendiu la Spitalul Clinic de Recuperare din Cluj-Napoca pentru proiectul „Investiții în infrastructura Spitalului Clinic de Recuperare Cluj-Napoca”

The contract's object is the execution of works for interventions aimed at complying with fire safety requirements at the Spitalul Clinic de Recuperare in Cluj-Napoca for the project "Investments in the Infrastructure of the Spitalul Clinic de Recuperare Cluj-Napoca". Taking into account the provisions of Article 160 of Law No. 98/2016 on public procurement: The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority sets a single deadline by which it will respond to all requests for clarification / additional information, namely 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The deadline for responding to clarifications has been set so that economic operators have an adequate period for analyzing the award documentation and, subsequently, for preparing tenders in light of the responses provided by the contracting authority.
