The North Karelia Wellbeing Services County (Siun sote) is renewing its medical device register to meet current data management, usability, traceability and integration requirements. The system must be a ready-to-use, production-ready SaaS-based medical device register system that supports the management of devices used in social and health care operations. The register can store medical devices and equipment. The solution must support the management of the entire lifecycle of devices, ensure the timeliness and integrity of data, and enable role-based use for desktop, web and mobile use by different user groups. The procurement includes the system's usage rights, implementation and delivery project with integrations, data transfer from the current system, maintenance, support services and the system's normal version updates, as well as other services defined in the tender documents. Through the market dialogue, the procurement unit has mapped the solutions available on the market and assessed the alternatives suitable for the needs of the procurement unit. The information obtained in the market dialogue has been taken into account in the preparation of the procurement, but the requirements of the tender have been defined on the basis of the actual needs of the procurement unit.
