France – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Mission de Maîtrise d'Oeuvre pour l'opération de réhabilitation du collège Charles Doche à Pernes-les-Fontaines

The services, which are the subject of this consultation, concern the project management mission for the rehabilitation of the Charles Doche college in Pernes-les-Fontaines. The work programme covers:

- The energy and thermal rehabilitation of the college and its accommodation.

- Regulatory issues of accessibility and fire safety, as well as the safety of the site.

- Functional issues, prioritising compatibility with the Department's science framework, as well as issues identified concerning specific needs for adaptation of teaching spaces, school life, the medico-social sector and the caretaker's lodge.

A basic project management mission, as defined by the Public Procurement Code, will be entrusted, including the DIAG, EXE pre-consultation mission with detailed quantities and EXE post-consultation reduced to the VISA of the execution studies carried out by the companies and to the production of SYNTHESIS studies, as well as the OPC (Scheduling, Management, Coordination) mission. Additional missions of assistance in communication and the establishment of a Maintenance Guide will also be entrusted. The budget allocated to the works is 9,830,000 euros HT (March 2026 value).
