The existing day-care centre in Gemmerich is to be expanded. The construction of an extension with a canteen and a fresh-cooking kitchen, as well as an additional group room with the associated WC facilities, ancillary rooms and technical rooms is intended. The extension is to be connected to the existing building by a connecting corridor. The extension and connecting corridor are planned with a gross floor area (BGF) of 478.95 m² and a gross cubic content (BRI) of 2,164.15 m³. In addition, there are approx. 110 m² of covered terraces. The extension is to be single-storey. The heating in the existing building is currently provided by an oil heating system. This is to be newly planned for the existing building and the extension. For further details, reference is made to the operating description and the cost framework. There is already a preliminary plan, which is also part of the tender documents. The construction work will be carried out during ongoing operations. The attributable costs (net) are expected to be as follows, according to current estimates: Lot 300 Building - Building Construction: 1,112,896.19 EUR; Lot 400 Building - Technical Installations: 432,234.49 EUR. The overall contract includes various specialist planning services. With this notice, the necessary structural design services are being tendered as Lot 3.
