Denmark – Hotel, restaurant and retail trade services – Food & Beverage-partner(e) til Statens Naturhistoriske Museum

The present procurement comprises two sub-contracts. Sub-contract 1 concerns the following:

- Operation of the Museum Restaurant, located in the renovated boiler house of the former polytechnic educational institution, including the adjacent outdoor terrace to the north and west of the building.

- Operation of the Museum Café, located on the ground floor of the historic main building, including an adjacent indoor picnic area where families and school classes can enjoy their own lunch.

- Ongoing delivery of Catering services, which include:

1) Catering for conferences, meetings and other events: Delivery of food and beverages, staff, and any special requested table decoration/embellishment for conferences, meetings and other events held at the Museum or in the Botanical Garden based on an agreement with the Museum. This service includes: Catering packages for meetings, conferences and the like with the possibility of purchasing extra services, and Tailored catering services for special events.

2) Internal catering: Delivery of food and beverages for the Museum and its employees. This service primarily consists of internal catering packages, either via collection made by the Museum's staff or delivery from the F&B partner. In addition, lunch packages for the Museum's employees.

Sub-contract 2 concerns the operation of two mobile covered kiosks in the Botanical Garden. One kiosk is located at the entrance from Nørreport and the other is located in front of the Palm House.
