The awarding of the public procurement contract aims to conclude a contract for the supply of net quantities of active electrical energy for the needs of TP DGS Stara Zagora, ensuring a service for forecasting consumption, as well as preparing schedules from the balancing group coordinator, submitting them, correcting them if necessary, being responsible for balancing and all activities related to participating in the free electricity market of the Contracting Authority. The open procedure is conducted for the awarding of a public procurement contract for the supply of electrical energy at freely agreed prices in accordance with Art. 100, Art. 101, Art. 102 and Art. 103 of the EEA and the Rules for Trading in Electricity for the supply of TP DGS Stara Zagora, high, medium and low voltage network. The price for delivery includes active electrical energy, balancing costs and the costs of the participant for providing the aforementioned services, without additional sums being charged to the balancing group for excess and deficiency of imbalances. The Contracting Authority does not pay for the balancing group and does not incur the costs of imbalances. End of contract term - 12 months, from the date of its conclusion, or until the financial resource of the order is exhausted and it is terminated upon the occurrence of either of the two aforementioned grounds. The forecasted quantity of electrical energy for the contract period is 14,488 kWh. The quantities indicated in the documentation are forecasted for the contract period and are determined based on the Contracting Authority's previous consumption, calculated for 12 months, with the Contracting Authority not being obliged to use them and not being limited by them. When executing the order, all the requirements of the Technical Specification must be complied with. The subject of the order also includes the administration of the amounts for the statutorily determined fees, network services and excise duties. The same will be paid by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor. In this regard, a contract for combined services will be concluded with the Contractor in accordance with Art. 11, para. 10 and on the conditions of Art. 20 of the EEA (Rules for Trading in Electricity). The delivery of electrical energy will be carried out at the following Contracting Authority's facilities: 1. Administrative building, located in the city of Stara Zagora, ul.
