The subject of the procurement is: PROVISION OF COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES IN THE AREA OF ENSURING SANITARY-HYGIENIC CONDITIONS, CLEANING AND DISINFECTION OF PREMISES, SURFACES AND EQUIPMENT, SUPPORT WORKS SERVING PREVENTION, MAINTENANCE, RESCUE AND HEALTH IMPROVEMENT, AS WELL AS INTERNAL MEDICAL TRANSPORT IN THE SPECIALIST HOSPITAL NAMED AFTER THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY IN CZĘSTOCHOWA, INCLUDING THE TAKEOVER OF EMPLOYEES EMPLOYED IN THE HOSPITAL HYGIENE SECTION IN THE HOSPITAL FACILITY LOCATED AT 104/118 BIALSKIEJ STREET AND IN THE HOSPITAL FACILITY LOCATED AT 7 PCK STREET, BASED ON ART. 23¹ OF THE LABOUR CODE. 2. The detailed scope of the procurement has been defined in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – „Description of the Subject of the Procurement”. The remaining conditions regarding the implementation of the procurement have been defined in the Draft Contract Terms, which constitute Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. 3. The Purchaser requires the Contractors to conduct a local inspection of the procurement implementation site in order to obtain all data that may be useful for preparing an offer and for implementing the subject of the contract. The Contractor shall bear the costs related to participating in the local inspection. Offers from Contractors who do not participate in the local inspection will be rejected on the basis of art. 226.1.18 of the Pzp Act, which states: „The Purchaser shall reject an offer if: it was submitted without conducting a local inspection or without checking the documents necessary for the implementation of the procurement available at the Purchaser's location, in cases where the Purchaser required this in the procurement documents”. In the case of contractors jointly applying for the award of the procurement (consortium), the Purchaser shall consider the obligation to be fulfilled if at least one of the consortium members or a proxy appointed by one of the consortium members participates in the local inspection. 4. The Purchaser does not allow the submission of partial offers. 5. Reasons for not dividing the procurement into parts: The Purchaser does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers. Offers can only be submitted in relation to the entire procurement. The procurement is indivisible, the service must be performed by a single contractor due to the responsibility for maintaining proper cleanliness and hygiene in the area of the Hospital covered by the procurement, and due to the complexity of the planning of works, which is only possible in a situation of coordinating actions within a single entity.
