The City of Kokkola (hereinafter also referred to as the "purchaser", "procuring entity" or "contractor") invites tenders for the procurement of the purchaser's construction services ("construction service(s)") framework agreement in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The procurement is divided into the following lots: Lot 1: Building works Lot 2: Electrical works Lot 3: HVAC works The procurement is further described in the tender documents, particularly in Annex 1 Description of the Subject of the Procurement. In the procurement, the weighted average hourly rate and the discount percentage, which are left in the "Prices" annex, are compared by lot. Based on the competition, a framework agreement with a maximum of 5 contractors will be formed. The terms of the framework agreement apply to the "Framework Agreement" annex. The agreement commences from the date of signing and is valid for 24 months. After this, the agreement can be extended for two 12-month option periods.
