Project: NE-0212-0001 Züricher Straße and Basler Straße: Infill development through the construction of five eight-storey point buildings with approx. 173 residential units and two above-ground parking decks on existing underground garages in Züricher Straße 100 to 238, as well as the construction of a children's house on the plot in Basler Straße 66 and 66a. The measure is carried out under § 34 BauGB in the 19th district of Munich-Forstenried.
