Poland – Telephone network equipment – Dostawa telefonii IP

This notice concerns the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (hereinafter DPS), with the following assumptions: 1. The subject of the successive orders to be awarded under the DPS will be the supply of IP telephony and quick dialling modules compatible with IP telephones of various types. 2. The ordering party estimates the total quantity of the ordered assortment to be approximately: 1 305 units of IP telephones with the appropriate licenses of various types and 364 units of quick dialling modules compatible with IP telephones of various types. 3. The ordering party plans to award one larger order each year of the DPS (in the first year of the DPS, the estimated order is: approx. 90 units of IP telephones and 30 units of quick dialling modules compatible with IP telephones of various types. In the following years of the DPS, the estimated order is: approx. 500 units of IP telephones and 130 units of quick dialling modules compatible with IP telephones of various types – each year) and 1-2 smaller orders during the course of each year. 4. The ordering party will not require the submission of subject evidence with the offer. 5. The ordering party does not plan to award orders as referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Pzp Act. 6. The ordering party does not plan a local inspection. 7. The implementation of the order does not require employment under an employment contract. 8. The ordering party does not require the employment of persons as referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Pzp Act. 9. The ordering party does not set requirements regarding the possibility of applying for the award of the order exclusively by the contractors, as referred to in Article 94 of the Pzp Act. 10. The ordering party does not make a reservation about the obligation of personal performance by the Contractor of the key parts of the order. 11. The expected period of validity of the DPS: until 31.12.2029.
