The BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH (BEW) intends to conclude framework agreements with several framework partners for the execution of civil engineering works for the district heating network throughout the city of Berlin with a basic term of four years (2027 to 2030) and an optional bilateral extension of up to four additional years. Estimated volume for the basic term of all framework agreements together: 50,546,083.00 EUR. The provision of services will take place within the framework of individual calls during the contract period. The present tender Lot 100 comprises the framework agreements for individual calls with a contract value of 0 to 100,000.00 EUR. In parallel to this tender, a separate tender for Lot 20, which includes individual calls with a contract value of 0 to 20,000.00 EUR, is also being advertised. Companies can apply for one or both lots. The number of framework agreements will not be determined in advance, but will depend on the capacities offered by the bidders. The detailed specifications will be made available to the selected applicants during the tender phase. The quantities provided for in the framework agreement are estimated quantities and do not constitute a commitment to purchase.
