The services are paid for by lump sums. Bidders are required to submit a proposal for the following optional additional services n°1 and n°2: - PSE n°1: Warranty extension - PSE n°2: Additional maintenance service - PSE n°3: Crusher take-back. PSE n°1 and n°2 are mandatory and will be included in the tender evaluation. The absence of these services in the bidder's tender will make the latter irregular and result in its rejection. The contracting authority will then decide whether to accept them or not, during the tender evaluation. However, PSE n°3 is not mandatory, it will therefore not be evaluated. The contracting authority will also decide during the tender evaluation whether to accept it or not, if it is proposed by the bidder. The maximum execution period is 6 months. The execution of the services begins as of the date of contract notification. The amount of the advance is set at 12.84% of the initial amount. No financial guarantee will be required from the contractor for the payment of the advance. A retention of 5.00% of the initial contract amount (increased if necessary by the amount of the amendments) will be constituted. The services will be subject to a 2-year warranty, starting from the date of notification of the admission decision. The start date of the services indicated in this contract notice is only provisional.
