The subject of the contract is the construction of the Municipal Police Headquarters building in Świnoujście, along with ancillary buildings (administrative building, building for police dog handlers with ancillary facilities and exercise area, garage building with shooting range, carport set, power generator facility and dumpster) and an antenna mast on the roof of the building with a height of 32 m. The design parameters of the administrative building are as follows: - height: 11.87 m, - building footprint: 1,034.65 m², - usable area: 3,063.76 m², - number of floors: 3. The design parameters of the building for police dog handlers with ancillary facilities are as follows: - height: 4.15 m, - usable area (without exercise area): 147.37 m², - number of floors: 1. The design parameters of the garage building with shooting range are as follows: - height: 5.75 m, - usable area: 735.27 m², - number of floors: 1. a) photovoltaic installation located on the plot with a capacity of ~100kWp, b) air-to-water heat pump installation, c) wind turbine – 1 unit, d) land development: - hardened area (internal roads, parking spaces, walkways): 3,878.55 m², - biologically active land area: 5,176.43 m², The construction works include land development, including, among others: - connections: water supply, sanitary and storm sewer, electrical, telecommunication sewer, - external installations on the Investor's plot: water supply, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, electrical, telecommunication sewer, - access roads, parking spaces, walkways, - fence with sliding gates and pedestrian gates with a height of 2.00-2.20 m, total length: approx. 428.83 m, - lighting, - waste storage and segregation area. The Contracting Authority requires that the construction works be carried out using new materials with parameters specified in the detailed technical specifications for all sectors. A detailed description and scope of work is contained in the documentation constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 2. Detailed requirements regarding the acceptance, warranty conditions and payment for the subject of the contract are specified in the provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
