The full scope of the order includes the delivery of medical consumables for the needs of “МБАЛ „Св. Пантелеймон” - Ямбол” AD, in accordance with the technical specification in Section II, point 4 and according to periodic requests from the CONTRACTOR. The public procurement is divided into 45 /forty-five/ separate positions, with participants submitting bids for the entire separate position - a participant who does not submit an offer for any of the nomenclature units in the separate position will be excluded. Funding source: own funds, MZ, NZOK. Place of performance of the order: “МБАЛ „Св. Пантелеймон”–Ямбол” AD, 8600 Yambol, ul. „Panaot Hitov” 30. Validity period of the offer – 6 months. Performance guarantee: 5% of the contract value in euros without VAT in the form of: 1. cash amount 2. bank guarantee 3. insurance, which unconditionally and irrevocably secures performance by covering the liability of the contractor. The guarantee under point 1 or 2 may be provided on behalf of the contractor by a third party - guarantor. The participant, designated as the contractor, chooses the form of the performance guarantee or for the advance funds provided.
