The subject of this tender procedure is the supply of reagents and consumables (hereinafter referred to as the goods) along with the lease of analysers (hereinafter referred to as the subject of the lease) for the Laboratory as described in the Price-Product Form and Technical Parameters, in accordance with the type of assortment and quantities specified in the Price-Product Form, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the "Offer Form", which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ The order is divided into 33 parts (packages). As part of the subject matter of the procedure, the Purchaser requires the lease of analysers (including workstations and other necessary equipment/accessories for the proper operation of the Laboratory) in accordance with the FAC.
