The subject of the contract is the collection and disposal of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the area of the Municipality of Czosnów and from the Selective Waste Collection Point, in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other means, as well as the reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for disposal. 2. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in Annex No. 1 to the Essential Conditions of the Contract (SWZ) – Description of the Contract Subject. Other conditions related to the execution of the contract have been specified in the Draft Contract Terms (PPU) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
