Poland – Ultrasonic unit – Dostawa aparatu ultrasonograficznego

The subject of the Contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of 1 unit of a Premium class USG apparatus along with training. As part of this Contract, the equipment, delivery of the equipment to the Contracting Authority, installation, commissioning of the equipment, connection of the equipment to the existing RIS/PACS system in the Hospital and training of the personnel shall be included. 2) The Contracting Authority does not allow for partial bids to be submitted. The Contract has not been divided into parts. The Contractor may submit only one bid. 3) The detailed description of the Contract is contained in Annex 4, which is an integral part of the Contract Notice. This description should be read together with any changes to the Contract Notice, which may result from responses to Contractors' questions. 4) The offered equipment must be a medical device approved for sale and use in Poland in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices and with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2017/745 of 5 April 2017 on medical devices. 5) The offered equipment must be factory new (year of manufacture: 2026, unused, complete and for its commissioning and use as intended, no additional elements and accessories need to be purchased. The apparatus and any of its components, equipment, etc. must not be refurbished, ex-demo or previously used by another user. 6) The required payment term is up to 30 days.
