Supply of wood chips as fuel for the heating of the schools Marienschule, Edith-Stein-Schule, Geschwister-Scholl-Schule and Joseph-Haydn-Gymnasium incl. disposal of the ash residues. There is a district heating network between the schools, the associated heating plant with two wood chip combustion plants is currently being constructed and is to be operational for the 2026/27 heating period. The filling of the underground bunker with wood chips is to take place through an opening of approx. 2.3 x 5 m, which will be located approx. 50 cm above the ground level. A delivery quantity of wood chips for the generation of approx. 1,600 - 2,000 MWh/a (heating period, approx. October - April) is anticipated. Site visits can be arranged for the 30th calendar week 2026 via the procurement platform.
