Numera Palvelut Oy invites tenders for construction materials according to the tender documents. The procurement includes timber, construction materials, painting, tiling, concrete repair and leveling products in the Loviisa area. The procurement includes various materials needed for construction such as boards, laths, nets, insulation, plaster, masses, levelers, paints, painting materials, tiles, floor coverings, doors and frames. In addition, the procurement includes boards, panels, sawn and planed goods, durable and round timber as well as lists. The procurement also includes various hardware products such as electrically and battery-operated tools, fittings, nail boxes, shelves, stands and yard, property and garden supplies. The procurement does not include tools, fasteners, small chemicals, personal protective equipment, protective clothing or building LVI or electrical supplies. The competition will be conducted using an accelerated open procedure, based on which one (1) contract supplier with the most points will be selected. The selection criterion for the competition is overall economic advantage with the weight of the price being 100 points. The minimum requirements set for quality in the tender documents only allow comparison based on price. The contract period is fixed-term four (4) years. The contract period begins at the earliest when the procurement decision has legal force or the Market Court has granted the contract enforcement permit. The notice period for the contract is six (6) months for both contracting parties and the customer community of Numera Palvelut Oy bound to the procurement, regardless of the fixed-term nature. The target is for the contract period to begin in September 2026 (estimate). Partial tenders within a sub-total are not accepted. Parallel tenders are not accepted. The tenderer commits to all the conditions presented in the tender request with their tender. The procurement unit has the right to verify the information provided by the tenderer in the tender documents before the procurement decision is made. If the information provided is not correct, the tender will be rejected. NOTE!
