The permanent operation of the electrical and electronic equipment in the signalling and electrification installations is ensured by continuous power supply, which must be provided at any time with the corresponding parameters (voltage, frequency, power, etc.). Total autonomy from interruptions in the distribution network is achieved using stationary storage batteries, provided both in the command post building and outdoors in specially arranged spaces. Due to the advanced degree of deterioration of the storage batteries, malfunctions can occur in the signalling and electrification installations, with serious consequences for train traffic. Furthermore, in the case of old batteries, repeated interventions by the maintenance personnel are necessary to keep them operational or to restore the operation of the installations. By replacing the old storage batteries with new ones as part of the maintenance and repair works on the centralisation installations, a clear improvement in the regularity of train traffic will be achieved, and the maintenance activity will be more efficient. The following will be procured: LOT 1 - OPZS TYPE BATTERIES, LOT 2 - VRLA TYPE BATTERIES. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications/additional information regarding the award documentation up to the 22nd day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information regarding the award documentation by the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will not respond to clarification requests submitted after the set deadline. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP, signed with an extended electronic signature, based on a qualified certificate, issued by an accredited certification service provider.
