Fimlab Laboratoriot Oy is procuring kits and forms for sample collection and testing, as well as pre-printed forms for use in testing.

Lot 1 includes the compilation and mailing of invitations sent to the client for colorectal cancer screening. The product/service being procured involves the Supplier compiling a kit to be sent to the client's home. The Supplier procures the items included in the kit, except for the sample container/sample tube, swab, and pre-printed form, which Fimlab delivers to the Supplier. The Supplier pays for the postal charges for sending the kit to the client. The Purchaser pays for the return postage of the sample returned by the client. The procurement includes, as an option, the compilation and sending of a sample collection kit for cervical cancer screening.

In Lot 2, the Purchaser is procuring pre-printed forms for use in testing. The procurement target is described in more detail in Annex 1 Service Description and Requirements of the Invitation to Tender.
