The objective of the service is to support the job search, employment, and re-employment of dismissed persons. Participation in career transition training is always based on the individual's own consideration. The Kymenlaakso well-being region offers the service to entitled persons, but each individual decides on their participation in the service and the extent of their participation. The procuring entity is not committed to a minimum purchase quantity. The service provider will only invoice for completed and documented training sessions. The basis for invoicing is the completed training hours and individual training plans, which have been approved in accordance with the contract. The subject of the procurement is a comprehensive service, in which the service provider is responsible for: • planning and implementation of training • individual career coaching • monitoring and reporting of training The obligation to arrange career transition training is based on the Employment Contracts Act (55/2001) Chapter 7, Section 13 and the Act on Municipal and Well-being Region Officials (304/2003) Section 37b (1469/2016). The value of the training must correspond to the level required by legislation at any given time. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the attachment "Service Description".
