Bulgaria – Road construction works – „Избор на изпълнител за изпълнение на СМР на обект „Реконструкция и рехабилитация на съществуващи улици и тротоари, и съоръженията и принадлежностите към тях в с. Мъдрец, община Гълъбово”

The subject of the public procurement is divided into three separate lots, as follows:

Lot 1: SUBJECT: "Reconstruction of ul. „Petko Matev“ - from o.t. 43 (intersection with republican road II-55) - o.t. 116 - o.t. 117 - o.t. 118 - o.t. 107 - o.t. 106 - o.t. 105 - o.t. 102."

Lot 2: SUBJECT: "Reconstruction of ul. „Alen Mak“ - from o.t. 187 - o.t. 186 - o.t. 158 - o.t. 156 - o.t. 149 - o.t. 147 - o.t. 145 - o.t. 18 - o.t. 14 - o.t. 12 (intersection with republican road II-55)."

Lot 3: SUBJECT: "Reconstruction of ul. „Gradinska“ - from o.t. 187 - o.t. 128 - o.t. 104 - o.t. 105."

The scope of the procurement includes the execution of construction and installation works in accordance with the technical specification, the quantity estimates, the approved investment project, the issued building permit and the contract design. The detailed description of all the envisaged activities for each lot is contained in the documents attached to the technical specification and in the quantity estimates. Activities for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of road surfaces, pavements, curbs, drainage, horizontal marking, road signs and all accompanying construction and installation works necessary for the complete execution of the objects are envisaged. For Lot 3, the subject includes the repair of a bridge structure over r. „Dermenka“. After the completion of the construction and installation works, the construction site must be cleaned and the adjacent areas restored to their design condition. The objects must be executed in compliance with the applicable regulatory framework, building rules and good construction practice. The constructions, subject of the public procurement, are of the second group, 4th category, according to art. 9, para. 1 in connection with art. 8, para. 1, item 2 of Ordinance № 1/30.07.2003 for the Nomenclature of types of constructions. The detailed description of the specific types and volumes of works, as well as the requirements of the Contracting Authority, are contained in the KSS, Technical Specification and Instructions to Participants attached to the procurement.
