B14H E 152290001 KUM MUC GOE69 CIM LMU-Klinikum, New Laboratory Building Centre for Inflammation and Metabolism (CIM) FBT Services of BNB Coordination for Building Procurement Number: 26-037541 The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the State Building Authority Munich 2, intends to construct a new laboratory building at Goethestraße 69, 80336 Munich. The plan is for a four-storey laboratory building with a basement and a technical centre on the roof. The construction site is located within the internal hospital grounds and covers approximately 2,200 m². Emergency access to the children's hospital must be ensured at all times during the construction period. Fire department access must be ensured at all times. The logistics delivery for the clinics and research facilities located within the internal hospital grounds must be maintained. This is a federal funding measure under § 91b GG. The building must be handed over to the user and operational within the funding period by the end of 2030. The project planning is carried out in two parts, only the 2nd TBM is the subject of this procurement. The cost ceiling for the construction measure is 48,600,000.00 Euro gross. The costs mentioned include cost groups 200 to 600 according to DIN 276: 2018-12. Area characteristics, according to DIN 277: Useful area NUF 1-6 approx. 2,559 m² Useful area NUF 1-7 approx. 2,974 m² Traffic area (VF) approx. 1,515 m² Gross floor area approx. 6,125 m² Gross volume (BRI) approx. 26,300 m³ Technical area (TF) approx. 854 m² Built-up area (BF) approx. 1,250 m² The CIM provides space for 19 research groups with approx. 180 employees, laboratories as biochemical standard laboratories S2 as well as histology laboratories. In addition, the room programme includes conference rooms, offices, seminar rooms and core facility large equipment rooms in the basement in S1. No animal husbandry is planned in the CIM. Building / Usage Areas The building comprises the following usage areas: Basement: Laboratories S1/S2 with large equipment as well as technical centres and ancillary rooms Ground floor: Seminar area in the single-storey extension / offices for group leaders and ancillary rooms. 1-3rd floor: Two large laboratories for two research groups with upstream evaluation areas. In the central wing adjoining the laboratories are ancillary and technical rooms. In the eastern wing of the double-wing, smaller cell culture and virus laboratories, one FACS laboratory or one histology laboratory. All laboratories in the double-wing have an S2 classification. To the south, in front of the S2 area, there are rest and conference rooms 4th floor: Technical centre for ventilation and cooling without rest rooms A BNB certification in silver is being sought for the laboratory building. The planning of the outdoor facilities has not yet been completed and is to be provided by a landscape architect in the further planning. For the laboratory building, the LPH 1 and 2 have already been carried out without BNB coordination/accompaniment; this is to be taken into account. A phased commissioning is planned: the client commissions the contractor with the conclusion of the contract with the provision of the performance levels 1.1 and 1.3 as well as the other services according to level 5 (building), which are to be assigned to the performance levels 1.1 and 1.3.
