Poland – Technical computer support services – Świadczenie usług pomocy informatycznej dla pracowników MSZ w ramach Centrum Wsparcia Technicznego

1. The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of support for IT services provided by the Information and Telecommunications Office for the Contracting Authority's employees. 2. The services will be provided to the Contracting Authority's employees on a 365/7/24 basis (365 days a year, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day). 3. The Contractor will be responsible for the operation of the assigned equipment and facilities. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the Subject of the Contract Description (hereinafter OPZ) - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
