Total quantity to be procured for the entire contract period, 24 months:

2. Part: 2,480,000 pcs T coded label

3. Part: 3,024,000 pcs A/K coded label

4. Part: 738,000 pcs S 4/0 coded label set

5. Part: 720,000 pcs S 6/0 coded label set (large)

6. Part: 960,000 pcs S 16/12 coded label set

7. Part: 984,000 pcs S 6/0 coded label set (small)

8. Part: 20,000 pcs S 1/0 coded label set

9. Part: 50,000 pcs sample indication label

10. Part: 144,000 pcs blood preparation infusion indicator adhesive label

The total quantity of one part from one product – identical products, that is, the same legal manufacturer, same make, same product family, or the packaging (unit or collective packaging) except for every other product feature – must be offered. If more than one type of product is offered within one part, the tender shall be deemed invalid. The packaging of the offered products may differ (but it is not a minimum requirement to offer products with different packaging) provided that the products with different packaging must match in every other respect (identical legal manufacturer, make, product family, and except for the packaging, every other product feature).
