Byggeri København wishes to enter into a 4-year framework agreement with a client consultant covering engineering and architectural services. The framework agreement includes task-specific client consultancy in connection with Byggeri København's varying project portfolio. The client consultancy tasks range from screenings and needs assessments in the projects' start-up, review and technical assistance in the planning, proposal and design phases, during tendering, to client consultancy, site management and client inspection during execution and in connection with delivery and commissioning. The client consultant must also continuously provide further education and experience collection to Byggeri København.
