Poland – Construction supervision services – Zarządzanie i sprawowanie nadzoru inwestorskiego nad realizacją zadania inwestycyjnego w czasie realizacji Robót w ramach projektu: „Budowa odcinka linii kolejowej od stacji Modlin do Mazowieckiego Portu Lotniczego (MPL) Warszawa/Modlin oraz budowa stacji kolejowej Mazowiecki Port Lotniczy (MPL) Warszawa/Modlin”

The subject of the Contract is the management and supervision of investor supervision over the implementation of the investment task during the implementation of the Works within the project: "Construction of the railway line section from Modlin station to Warsaw/Modlin Mazowiecki Airport (MPL) and the construction of the railway station Mazowiecki Airport (MPL) Warsaw/Modlin" including: 1) Basic Scope - Management and performance of supervision and control over the implementation of Construction Contracts during the implementation of the Works within the project: "Construction of the railway line section from Modlin station to Warsaw/Modlin Mazowiecki Airport (MPL) and the construction of the railway station Mazowiecki Airport (MPL) Warsaw/Modlin" in particular involving: a) performing the function of the Engineer in accordance with the Agreement (constituting Volume II of the SWZ) and the Construction Contract (specified in the Terms of the Agreement); b) material-financial management, in particular comprehensive service of the Construction Contract in terms of its settlement, monitoring and material-financial reporting; c) Technical management, including performing the duties of the Investor Supervision Inspector for the Construction Contract; d) management in this coordination of the Construction Contract concluded within the Project; e) conducting environmental supervision (in terms of controlling the impact of the construction process on surface and groundwater, noise, air, land surface, waste management, greenery management) and nature conservation supervision, in accordance with the environmental decision, agreements setting the conditions for the implementation of the undertaking and other administrative decisions in this regard. 2) Option Right - option right for the basic scope involving extending the period of providing the investor supervision service for a period not longer than 12 months. A detailed description is included in the Specification of the Contract Terms - hereinafter "SWZ", consisting of: Volume I - Instructions for Contractors - hereinafter IDW, Volume II - Terms of the Agreement - hereinafter WU, Volume III - Description of the Subject of the Contract - hereinafter OPZ.
