The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete documentation (hereinafter referred to as documentation) along with obtaining the necessary building law opinions, agreements and administrative decisions as well as performing author supervision for the following tasks:

Part 1: Task No. 02-31-1.2-07- restoration of functions to wetland areas (on an area of 10.68ha) by building weirs on a drainage ditch as well as building a water intake point with an area of approx. 0.01ha, depth 1.5m along with a manoeuvring area and access. The water intake point is to be executed in the form of a natural well dug into the ground, which will enable the search for water for fire-fighting purposes. Location: Mieczysko forest district, forest address: 02-31-1-03-425-o, 02-31-1-03-425-p, 02-31-1-03-425-t, 02-31-1-03-425-y, 02-31-1-03-426-h, 02-31-1-03-426-i, 02-31-1-03-426-r, 02-31-1-03-442-a, administrative address: Miasteczko Śląskie municipality, cadastral district Bibiela, cadastral plot number 201. Description of natural conditions in the area of influence: meadow area intersected by ditches, and parcel 442-a with a fragment of forest stand with an area of 0.10 ha with a forest stand aged 33 years composed of AL and Brz, growing on BMw site. The area is periodically flooded, in the immediate vicinity of the drainage ditch, permanently leading waters. A public asphalt road runs directly to the object.

Part 2: Task No. 02-31-1.2-08- restoration of functions to wetland areas on an area of 8.38ha by building weirs/barrages (4 units) on a drainage ditch, reinforcing slopes and the bottom of the ditch before and after the weir with stone dump. Location: Mieczysko forest district, forest address: 02-31-1-03-468-m, 02-31-1-03-468-n, 02-31-1-03-469-i, 02-31-1-03-469-j, 02-31-1-03-493-a, administrative address: Miasteczko Śląskie municipality, cadastral district Brynica, cadastral plot number 974/150. Description of natural conditions in the area of influence: parcel 468-m overgrown with an alder forest stand aged 27 years, growing on the Ol site; parcel 468-n a clearing partially overgrown with alder bushes; parcel 469-i overgrown with a natural forest stand composed of alder, birch and spruce; parcel 493-a overgrown with a pine forest stand aged 61 years, growing on the BMw site. The area is flooded by beavers. The area directly adjacent to the public road with an asphalt surface.

Part 3: Task No. 02-31-1.2-06 restoration of functions to wetland areas by building weirs and barrages using natural materials (stone, wood). Location: Kolonia Woźnicka forest district, forest address: 02-31-1-02-31-i (weir) 02-31-1-02-31-n (barrage), 02-31-1-02-76-a (barrage), 02-31-1-02-75-c (weir). The barrages are to serve to raise the water level and create floodplains on areas adjacent to the watercourse. Administrative address: Kalety municipality, cadastral district Zielona, cadastral plots numbers 303, 3211, 3212, 3213, 3230. Description of natural conditions in the area of influence: In parcel 31i the terrain is marshy, LMw site, an area covered with an alder forest stand aged 71 years; parcel 31-n covered with a pine forest stand aged 106 years growing on the BMw site; parcel 76-a overgrown with an alder forest stand aged 5 years, growing on the BMb site, parcel 75-c overgrown with a pine forest stand aged 29 years, growing on the Bw site. All parcels are located within 10 m of the forest road. Detailed information is contained in the SWZ and annexes.
