Bulgaria – Sale of travel tickets and package tours services – „Осигуряване на самолетни билети за превоз на пътници и багаж при служебни пътувания в страната и чужбина за нуждите на БНР“

This public procurement aims to provide air tickets for the transportation of passengers and luggage for official trips within the country and abroad for the needs of BNR. The execution of the public procurement must comply with the requirements set out in the Technical Specification - Section II of the participation documentation, the contract for the execution of the procurement, as well as good commercial practices in the sector of the services, subject of the procurement. The participant is obliged to provide 24-hour service, by providing the possibility to receive and execute requests from at least 8:30 to 17:00 hours every working day, and if necessary, outside this time, on weekends and holidays, so that in emergency situations, it can make changes to an existing reservation/ticket, including issuing a new one and sending it to an email/mobile phone. The participant must deliver the documents for air transport ordered by the contracting authority by electronic means or, upon request, on paper, on the spot - in the building of BNR, at the address bul. "Dragan Tsankov" No. 4, Sofia 1040, or at another location indicated by the contracting authority. Upon request, provide a written response to the contracting authority within 1 (one) hour of receiving the request. After the final selection of the travel option by the contracting authority, the participant must provide confirmation of the air reservation within 1 (one) hour. Quantity and volume: For a period of one year, the volume of air tickets issued is approximately 160 (one hundred and sixty) pieces, with this value being used as a reference for determining the forecast volume of the service. The forecast number of tickets for the contract performance period is 480 (four hundred and eighty) pieces. The number of tickets is a forecast and the contracting authority reserves the right to reduce or exceed it for the contract performance period. The deadline for the execution of the activities, subject of the public procurement, is 36 (thirty-six) months, counted from the date of entry into force of the contract.
