The subject of the procurement is the cashless purchase of fuel, operational materials, car wash services and tolls for motorway journeys in the electronic card system for KOWR official vehicles. 2. The contracting authority intends to use options within the framework of the procurement. 3. The detailed description and the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the procurement have been defined in the Essential Terms and Conditions (ETC), which constitute Annex 7 to the SWZ, and in the Subject of the Procurement Description, which constitutes Annex 2 to the ETC.
