The achievement of the objective regarding the design and execution of works for the "CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD CROSSING DJ 172 INTERSECTION WITH CFR LINE AND DN17 IN THE LOCALITY OF BECLEAN, BISTRIȚA NĂSĂUD COUNTY" has been selected for funding under the North-West Regional Programme 2021-2027, PRNV/2023/522.A/1 - Solutions for increasing traffic safety - investments in road infrastructure safety to meet these needs. The design services as well as the execution of the proposed works for the investment objective related to the contract are described in detail in - the terms of reference; - the feasibility study related to the investment objective "CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD CROSSING DJ 172 INTERSECTION WITH CFR LINE AND DN17 IN THE LOCALITY OF BECLEAN, BISTRIȚA NĂSĂUD COUNTY". Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications/additional information regarding the award documentation up to the 22nd day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information regarding the award documentation by the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will not respond to clarification requests submitted after the set deadline. Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP, signed with an extended electronic signature, based on a qualified certificate, issued by an accredited certification service provider.
