"Arranging the DN 7/DN 76 intersection" (design services phase D.T.A.C., P.T., technical assistance from the designer and works execution)

Deadlines for submitting/responding to requests for clarifications/additional information:

A. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law No. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documents is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.

B. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(2) of Law No. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information is 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
