France – Diesel fuel – Fourniture et livraison de carburants en Vrac destinés aux stations de distribution de carburant du Département de l'Isère et du Service Départemental d'Incendie et de Secours de l'Isère. (1 lot)

The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. The services are settled by unit prices. This consultation is carried out within the framework of a purchasing group in accordance with articles L2113-6 to L2113-8 of the Public Procurement Code with the Département de l'Isère and the SDIS de l'Isère. It aims to ensure the resupply of fuel for the agents of the Département de l'Isère and the firefighters of the SDIS at their own distribution stations. The coordinator of the purchasing group is the Département de l'Isère. It will be in charge of the award, signature and notification of the framework agreement. The execution remains a competence specific to each member, this includes in particular: the placing of orders, the monitoring and execution of the services by the contractor, the processing of invoices. The contract covers: - The supply and delivery, on order, of bulk fuel to feed all the tanks of the Département (107 tanks on 39 sites) and the SDIS (14 tanks on 8 sites). - The monitoring of deliveries and prices via a digital tool or equivalent compliant with security and data management requirements (SSI) The frequency of deliveries is determined according to real needs, seasonality, consumption and operational constraints. Constraints and specificities - Maximum delivery time?: 4 working days after notification of the purchase order. - In case of exceptional need, the Département may request an urgent delivery within 24 hours. - The quantities are checked on site at each delivery (detailed delivery note mandatory). - The fuels must be compliant with the order of 19/01/2016, CSR 034, EN 590, EN 228, EN 16709 and any applicable European standard. All compliance documents are provided in French or accompanied by a certified translation.
