The subject of the contract is the service of direct physical protection carried out by specialist armed security formations (SUFO) in units and institutions under the supply of the 43rd Military Economic Department in Świętoszów. 2. The contractor must have appropriately trained personnel and technical support guaranteeing the proper performance of the service:  having the authorized qualifications of a qualified physical protection worker;  having the ID of a person authorized to possess a weapon;  having the authorization of the organizational unit manager to access non-public information under the clause "RESTRICTED" or a personal security clearance authorizing access to non-public information under clauses min. RESTRICTED together with a certificate of training in the field of protecting non-public information;  having a representative for the protection of non-public information Task no. 1 – protection of military objects and military trains for military units and institutions stationed in Żagań Task no. 2 – protection of military objects and military trains for military units and institutions stationed in Głogów Task no. 3 – protection of military objects and military trains for military units and institutions stationed in Bolesławiec
