Slovenia – Administrative healthcare services – Storitve izvajanja nalog imenovanih zdravnikov, zdravnikov članov zdravstvene komisije in zdravnikov izvedencev

The subject of the public procurement is the administrative and advisory services of physicians for the needs of ZZZS for the period from the conclusion of the contracts until 31. 12. 2028, namely the services of performing the tasks of the designated physician from Article 81 of the Act on Health Care and Health Insurance (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 72/06 with all subsequent amendments, hereinafter also referred to as: "ZZVZZ"), performing the tasks of the physician - member of the health commission from Article 82 of ZZVZZ, performing the tasks of the expert physician from Article 258 of the Rules on Compulsory Health Insurance (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 79/94 with all subsequent amendments, hereinafter also referred to as: "Pravila OZZ"), who provides an expert opinion at the request of the official of ZZZS, when the latter decides on the basis of Articles 81, 82 or 84 of ZZVZZ or in the case of exceptional approvals on the basis of the Rulebook on the more detailed conditions and more detailed procedure for the exceptional approval of a medicinal product, food for special medical purposes, food supplement, dermatological product, medical device or health service.
