The subject of the contract are services commissioned by BGK, involving the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument Loan for Transformation, financing investments carried out in the Dolnośląskie Voivodeship, in the counties of Kłodzki, Świdnicki, Dzierżoniowski, Wałbrzyski and Ząbkowicki, and the city with powiat status of Wałbrzych. Details regarding the type of project that can be financed are contained in the Financial Instrument Metric (hereinafter: Metric), which is an annex to the Draft Contract Terms (hereinafter: DCT).
