Poland – Repair and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical building installations – Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług konserwacyjnych oraz wykonywania drobnych napraw

The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance services and the performance of minor repairs in the building of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy at 2/4 Wspólna Street in Warsaw, involving the provision of services in two scopes: 1) Scope No. 1 - provision of maintenance services by ensuring a duty of three workers in the building of the MFiPR: one in the scope of electrical maintenance services and two in the scope of general maintenance services; 2) Scope No. 2 - repair of damaged LAN network sockets by replacing damaged LAN network socket elements, including RJ-45 socket modules, boxes, socket covers and grommets or entire sockets, depending on the degree of damage and type of socket being repaired. 2. The Description of the Subject of the Contract (DSC) is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Contract (DSC) with the Contractor, whose offer will be considered the most advantageous, will be concluded a contract on the terms specified in the PPU. The Purchaser envisages the possibility of making changes to the concluded contract, on the basis of Article 455 of the Act, in the manner and on the conditions described in detail in the PPU. 3. In accordance with the provisions of Article 95(1) of the Act, the Purchaser requires that persons providing maintenance services within the duties, regardless of whether they are persons engaged by the Contractor directly or by his subcontractor, are employed on a full-time basis under an employment contract within the meaning of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974. 4. The Purchaser envisages the possibility of the Contractors conducting a local inspection. The rules for conducting a local inspection have been set out in the SWZ. 5. The Purchaser requires the submission of a bid bond in the amount of 15,000.00 PLN on the terms specified in the SWZ. 6. The Purchaser reserves the right to first examine and assess the tenders, and then to qualify the Contractor. 7. The Purchaser does not require the submission of a guarantee of proper performance of the contract. 8. Communication between the Purchaser and the Contractors in this procedure is conducted in Polish through the Procurement Platform at https://zamowienia.mfipr.gov.pl/pn/mfipr/demand/notice/public/236269/details. The Purchaser does not envisage communicating with the Contractors in any other way than by using electronic communication means. The documentation of this procedure has been published on the Platform. Detailed information on the manner of communication of the Purchaser with the Contractors and the manner of submission of declarations and documents is contained in Section 2 of the SWZ. 11. Technical and organizational requirements regarding electronic correspondence: 1) The Purchaser, in accordance with § 11(2) of the Regulation of the President of the Council of Ministers of 30 December 2020 on the manner of preparing and transmitting information and technical requirements for electronic documents and electronic communication means in a public procurement procedure or tender (Journal of Laws 2020 item 2452), specifies the necessary hardware and application requirements enabling work on the Procurement Platform, including information on the specification of the connection, i.e.: a) Permanent access to the Internet with a guaranteed bandwidth of at least 512 kb/s; b) A PC or MAC class computer meeting the requirements of the installed operating system and the requirements of the used internet browser; c) An installed internet browser in a version supported by the manufacturer supporting TLS 1.2; d) Installed Acrobat Reader program or other supporting files in .pdf format. 2) The Purchaser, in accordance with § 11(2) of the aforementioned regulation, specifies the permissible formats of transmitted data, i.e. files up to 2 GB in size in txt, rtf, pdf, xps, odt, ods, odp, doc, xls, ppt, docx, xlsx, pptx, csv, jpg, jpeg, tif, tiff, geotiff, png, svg, wav, mp3, avi, mpg, mpeg, mp4, m4a, mpeg4, ogg, ogv, zip, tar, gz, gzip, 7z, html, xhtml, css, xml, xsd, gml, rng, xsl, xslt, TSL, XMLsig, XAdES, CAdES, ASIC, XMLenc. 3.
