The subject of the public contract aims to obtain supplies from a provider to make available, in SaaS mode, a full IT solution for managing training, approvals, and certificates in the field of road safety. The application that will be implemented following this special technical specification will aim to manage, in particular: • continuing education, • approvals, authorisations, • examinations (certificates) • checks • The exchange of data, information, via an existing platform, between different entities. The administration as well as the centres will have modification access to the future application according to the established rights. A user could have several roles. This contract covers the implementation of tests, the management of data recovery, the hosting of the solution, the production of manuals, the management of training and the management of production. Attention is drawn to the fact that the system must be operational by 1 January 2027 for the functionalities deemed essential. The finalisation of the application should be completed by 31/12/2027. A 10-year contract is planned.
