Audit service, expression of an audit opinion and certification of financial statements in accordance with the conditions set out in the contract. The service must comply with the International Financial Reporting Standards adopted by the European Union. The audit report on compliance with the rules for keeping the ESSRO (Single System for Regulatory Reporting) must be in accordance with Article 34(5) of the Regulation on the Regulation of Prices of Water Supply and Sewerage Services (NRPWS) and Articles 15 and 16 of the Law on the Regulation of Prices of Water Supply and Sewerage Services (LRPWS).
