Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych z terenu gminy Susiec w latach 2027 - 2028

The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and disposal of municipal waste from property owners residing in the area of the Gmina Susiec in the years 2027-2028. 2. The scope of the contract includes services in the area of Gmina Susiec: 1) collection and disposal of municipal waste directly from properties located within the administrative boundaries of Gmina Susiec; 2) collection and disposal of municipal waste from the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in Susiec (sewage treatment plant site) and Majdanie Sopockie (sewage treatment plant site) delivered by property owners; 3) Estimated quantity (Mg) to be collected over a 24-month period: a) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste - 1100 Mg b) paper and cardboard - 112 Mg c) metals and plastics (mixed packaging waste) - 330 Mg d) glass - 224 Mg e) biowaste - 66 Mg f) hazardous waste - 0.02 Mg g) expired medicines and chemicals - 0.02 Mg h) waste not qualifying as medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, particularly needles and syringes - 0.02 Mg i) used batteries and accumulators - 0.02 Mg j) used electrical and electronic equipment - 36 Mg k) furniture and other bulky waste - 388 Mg l) used tyres - 50 Mg m) construction and demolition waste - 10 Mg n) textile and clothing waste - 82 Mg o) ash - 50 Mg The amount of municipal waste generated on residential properties by the residents of the municipality is not dependent on the Contracting Authority. The estimated quantity of waste planned for collection and transport over a 2-year period will be approximately 2448.06 Mg, which results from the amount indicated in the 2025 report and the estimated amount for 2026. These quantities are estimated and may change according to actual needs. 4) equipping properties with containers and bags for collecting municipal waste; 5) equipping the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) with containers for collecting municipal waste. 6) The characteristics of Gmina Susiec relevant to this contract are contained in Annex No. 1 to SWZ 3.
