Denmark – Boats – EU-udbud af kontrakt vedrørende indkøb af marin båd

The Agency for Green Urban Development and Water Environment (hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority) is responsible for the national program for monitoring the water environment and nature (NOVANA), which aims to support national priority needs for monitoring data on impacts, conditions and developments in nature and the environment in Denmark. Part of the monitoring involves surveying marine waters by boat. By boat, tasks such as diving assignments and determining the type of vegetation on the seabed, including the spread of eelgrass, are carried out via underwater video. The procurement concerns the contracting authority's procurement of a contract for the purchase of a marine boat for monitoring tasks in coastal waters. The contracting authority shall purchase a boat that can operate in shallow water and that can carry and handle sampling equipment. The boat shall be delivered by no later than 01 September 2027. The procurement includes an option for the purchase of a trailer (option 1). The contracting authority has a budget of 1,300,000 DKK excl. VAT for 1 boat and 1 trailer (option 1), and the contracting authority may reject tenders above the budget. The procurement further includes an option for the purchase of a corresponding boat without a trailer (option 2). The contract shall enter into force when it has been signed by both parties and shall be valid for a period of 2 years from the date of signature.
