Poland – Refuse disposal and treatment – Likwidacja dzikich wysypisk na terenie Dzielnicy Wola m.st. Warszawy - numer postępowania: 57/ZP/26

1) The subject of the contract is the liquidation of wild dumpsites in the Wola District, along with related works: a) liquidation of wild dumpsites along with site tidying, through the cleaning of various types of waste and the performance of related works, b) loading of collected waste and transport of waste to a disposal site. 2) The works that are the subject of the contract are continuous actions (they do not involve a one-time cleanup of waste). The Contracting Authority's notifications, sent to the Contractor, regarding the cleanup of waste may occur multiple times at different times (there may be several notifications in a month or even several in a single day) or there may be no notifications for waste cleanup in a given month. In each case, upon receiving a notification from the Contracting Authority regarding the cleanup of waste, the Contractor will be obligated to commence work in accordance with the response time to waste collection as declared in the offer. The maximum declared response time for waste collection must be 48 hours. The response time is the second criterion for evaluating offers, see Section XIV of the SWZ. 3) A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the type and scope of the works included in the contract, and the requirements regarding the execution and acceptance of the subject of the contract are specified by: a) the price list form - constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ, b) the draft contractual terms – also referred to as the contract template - constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 4) The contract will be implemented for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the contract or until the financial resources referred to in Section 5(1) of the contract template are exhausted.
