The Management Board of „Electrodistribution Networks West” EAD, as a sectoral contracting authority for public procurement under Article 5(4)(2) of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), carrying out sectoral activities under Article 123(2), in connection with Article 125(1)(1) of the PPA and § 2(60) of the PPA Implementing Regulations, based on special or exclusive rights under § 2(47) of the PPA, opens and conducts a „negotiated procedure with prior invitation for participation“ for the award of a public contract with the subject: „Supply of earth and short-circuit fault passage indicators with remote data transmission, for cable power lines SrN, with non-indicating action“, ref. № PPD 26-050.
