France – Diesel fuel – M.2026-18 Accord-cadre à bons de commande pour la fourniture de carburants et services associés au moyen de cartes accréditives pour les véhicules avec gestion via un espace client en ligne

This consultation concerns the supply of fuels and associated services via accreditive cards for vehicles with management through an online customer space. In accordance with the decision of the Communauté d'Agglomération de la Provence Verte n°2019-36 dated 18 March 2019, the decision of the Centre Intercommunal d'Action Sociale de la Provence Verte n°2019-03 of 29 March 2019 and the grouping convention signed on 24 April 2019, the coordinator of the group in charge of the procedure is: the Communauté d'Agglomération de la Provence Verte. The CIAS de la Provence Verte is responsible, by the Communauté d'agglomération, for various social action missions and particularly, under the Law, for the Alzheimer's day centre and the Local Information and Coordination Centre (CLIC). The CIAS thus constitutes, in accordance with its status, the privileged tool of the Communauté d'agglomération to animate and develop its action in the social field. The Communauté d'Agglomération and the CIAS have grouped together for the purchase of common and individualisable goods and services in various families of purchases listed in a grouping convention in order to rationalise the cost of management and improve the economic efficiency of these purchases. This convention notably provides for the joint purchase of fuels, accessories and telepeage. The procedure followed is the Open Call for Tenders subject to the provisions of Articles R.2124-1, L.2124 2 and R.2161.2 to R.2161-5 of the Code de la commande publique. This is a single-source framework agreement with order forms, with no minimum amount and a maximum annual amount of 180,000.00 euros VAT inclusive, i.e. 720,000.00 euros VAT inclusive over the total duration, renewals included. The conclusion of the framework agreement is equivalent to the conclusion of a contract with order forms, it will be awarded in accordance with Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the Code de la commande publique. The order forms will be notified by the Communauté d'Agglomération and the CIAS as needed. The contract is made up of unit prices. This amount applies to all services carried out within the framework of the order forms issued by the ordering group.
