Purchase of electricity 17,250 MWh (11,000 MWh medium voltage and 6,250 MWh low voltage) in accordance with the terms of reference. The deadline by which the contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with legal provisions. Tenderers must ensure that they submit requests for clarification in such a way as to allow the contracting entity to comply with the provisions of Article 173 of Law 99/2016, which imposes this deadline. The number of days within which clarification requests can be made is 19 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
