Dynamic Procurement System (hereinafter: DPS) for the procurement of household paper and personal hygiene products necessary for Human Resources (BKV Zrt. TD-126/25). Main product types: healthcare paper products, household paper products, personal hygiene devices, personal hygiene products. The Procurement Entity, in implementing the DPS, shall, pursuant to Section 107(2) of the Public Procurement Act, provide the economic operators participating in the DPS with the detailed technical specifications and contractual terms for the specific procurements to be implemented in the system, simultaneously with the dispatch of the call for tenders. Pursuant to Section 107(2) of the Public Procurement Act, the Procurement Entity may, in the tendering phases, ensure that tenders are submitted for the lots during the implementation of the specific procurements. The details are contained in the procurement documents of the tendering phase.
