Netherlands – Repair and maintenance services – Onderhoud zwembadinstallaties

The municipality of Utrecht wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one market party for the maintenance of swimming pool installations for the four existing swimming pools, for the Real Estate Organisation Utrecht (VGU). Within VGU, the Real Estate Management (VGM) department is responsible for property management. The execution of technical maintenance falls under the Technical Management (TB) department. This concerns the execution of maintenance and supporting activities on the swimming pool installations of the Utrecht swimming pools. The contractor contributes to a safe, business-secure and energy-efficient operation of the installations, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Estimate 12,000,000 euro over the entire duration of a maximum of 10 years. Maximum scope (or: limitation) of the framework agreement: To arrive at a realistic maximum order value, this estimate has been supplemented with a proportional surcharge for uncertainties, developments in laws and regulations and possible changes in maintenance needs during the duration. In addition, account has been taken of the possibility that an extra swimming pool location may be added during the contract period. The maximum value of the framework agreement amounts to 16,500,000 euro, excluding indexation.
