Bulgaria – Medical consumables – ДИНАМИЧНА СИСТЕМА ЗА ПОКУПКИ ЗА ДОСТАВКА НА МЕДИЦИНСКИ ИЗДЕЛИЯ ПРЕЗ 2027 Г. - 2030 Г. ЗА ЦСМП - СОФИЯ

The present dynamic purchasing system (DPS) concerns the supply of medical devices for the Centre for Emergency Medical Assistance - Sofia (CEMA-Sofia). The validity period of the present DPS is 48 (forty-eight) months. The estimated value is 750 000 (seven hundred and fifty thousand) euro, excluding VAT. The dynamic purchasing system is open throughout the validity period for any candidate who meets the selection criteria. Access to and participation in the DPS is free of charge for all interested parties. The present DPS is not divided into separate categories. The documentation lists approximately 128 forecasted items with quantities. These are forecasted based on the planner's anticipated needs. The planner is not bound by the stated quantities and will order based on their specific needs during the contract – the forecasted quantities may be exceeded or a smaller quantity may be ordered. The forms/packaging and articles are specified based on the actual activities of the medical personnel at CEMA-Sofia and the stocking of medical bags. The initially planned "Technical Specification" may be partially amended during the validity of the dynamic purchasing system or within the framework of a specific order placed under it, by adding new medical devices and/or changing their quantities, as well as by changing the requirements for them. This can also be done with the documents for each specific public procurement contract awarded within the DPS. The actual execution of the public procurement contract will be determined based on the medical devices actually delivered, within the financial resource.
