1. The contract is named: „Collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste from the area of Gmina Poraj”. 2. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste from properties located in the area of Gmina Poraj as well as from the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK). 3. The scope of the contract includes the collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste from the following properties: • single-family, • multi-family, • uninhabited properties, owned by Gmina Poraj and its organizational units, • Selective Waste Collection Point in the area of Gmina Poraj. 4. A detailed description and the method of executing the contract is contained in the Contract Subject Description, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ.
